Identify Topic of FOCUS
(e.g. individual leadership development outcomes, improving team responses to conflict, etc.)
Ask the POWER Questions
What are my strengths? What are my team's strengths? What is working as opposed to what is not working?
Ask the PURPOSE Questions
How can I (we) build on my (our) strengths and past successes to envision a new future? What is the world calling me, and my team to be and do?
Create POSSIBILITY Statements
Affirmative statements of the desired future
Design GOALS and ACTION Steps
Determine a STRATEGY for Ensuring On-Going PROGRESS
When you contact PPL, we will actively engage you in conversation to clearly define your desired outcomes; whether they be individual or for a team and/or organization.
Individual Leader Engagement Flow of Activities
Orientation to Coaching Session - Identification of Desired Outcomes (no cost)
Discovering Your Signature Strengths coaching session (optional) (no cost)
Creation of the Leadership Coaching Plan and Coaching Agreement (no cost)
Begin the coaching relationship
Team Engagement Flow of Activities
Discussion of desired outcomes for the team (no cost)
Collaboratively determine team development plan, including designing assessment and evaluation approach (no cost)
Implement the team development plan, which may include the following services (these activities may occur one at a time or concurrently):
Team Transformation (may include assessment, education, facilitation and/or team coaching)
The length of engagements with PPL will be determined by the complexity of the desired outcomes, organizational commitment and the availability of resources.
